A number of sites exist which do a reasonably good job at documnting the standard and related issues. Over the coming months we will be documenting a growing number of them. The following, however, represent a fairly good starting point:

This was one of the very earliest ITIL related websites. It focuses upon the IT Infrastructure library and to a lesser degree, information security
ITIL and ISO 20000 Forum
This is an independent self styled user community, the first that we could find which was dedicated to the standard. The forum, to discuss both ITIL and ISO 20000, is probably the most interesting area.
